The boy slept through the night tonight. His mother's health due to the shock is still questionable.

We had a couple day vacation and visited Charlie's parents.

The boys had their first plane flight




See that small prop plane in the background? We took it to Carlsbad, CA. About a 1 1/4 hour flight. The good news is the boys were excellent. We got compliments from the other passengers about them.

Uncle Glen finally got to see Dylan. Chaz had a blast in the surf. Just like the pool, he doesn't fear the water (which is not a good thing, btw). Last year he cried at first when he was at the water's edge. This year, he laughed as he shivered and then proceeded to go into the water until knocked over.

Grandpa Carson entertained Chaz by playing with him and even seemed to handle Dylan with skill (although he did have to call in Grandma to help on occasion).

Chaz made a new friend, Luke... who took him to the local swimming hole so that Chaz wouldn't lose his form.

Dylan also laughed for the first time during the trip.

All in all it was a good break.

So today Dylan starts crying while I'm in the other room. While walking into the room, I see Chaz giving Dylan his pacifier... guess Chaz wanted to help his brother (or quiet him down).
